The Paleo diet is simple to follow, because the rules are inherently simple: if it walks, runs, swims, flies, or crawls on its belly, you may eat it. If you can pick it up off the ground, dust it off, and eat it, you may eat it. By applying the rules of food rotation to the paleo diet, you have the ultimate nutritional program for losing fat and building muscle mass.
When I have a client who wants to maximize the result of their personal training in the gym, or when I first begin with a new client, we always adopt a paleo diet for a period of fourteen days.
